“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”
FOCUS – I AM AN IMAGE BEARER
SERIES: GOD IS THE IMAGE — I AM THE IMAGE BEARER
This series takes a biblical-theological look at what it means to be an image bearer. We are created in the image of God, by God, for God, and to worship God. This reality informs our purpose and pursuit, and is where we find our significance and worth. This series will help students see various aspects of their life in light of their status as image bearers, see and treat others as image bearers, and live faithfully in light of the day that all redeemed image bearers are made new.
